Taipei Activation Event
Background 背景
The Design Sprint is a proven methodology for solving problems through designing, prototyping, and testing ideas with users. Design Sprints quickly align teams under a shared vision with clearly defined goals and deliverables. Ultimately, it is a tool for developing a hypothesis, prototyping an idea, and testing it rapidly with as little investment as possible in as real an environment as possible.
The Google Design Relations team is expanding our investment in the Design Sprint community by partnering with existing Design Sprint Meetups and establishing a Global Chapter program. In the fall of 2019, we’ve announced the Phase 1 pilot program, and are currently in 15 cities.
Design Sprint是一套由谷歌內部運營驗證過之思考框架，藉由理解，定義，發想，抉擇，原型，驗證這六個步驟而帶領團隊解決問題。Design Sprints可在短時間內確保團隊釐清共同目標及清楚的執行方針，在不耗費過多資源投資的前提下迅速測試數位產品的接受度。
Google Design Relations 團隊希望可以接地氣地與在地的設計師社群合作建立全球網絡，彼此切磋並藉此推廣 Design Sprints 的理念。2019年秋天，Google Design Relations 團隊宣布了第一階段的前導計畫，首發全球十五個城市試推行。
Goals 目標
Taipei is slated to be in our Phase 2 pilot, and for Taipei, we are partnering with Design Sprint Taiwan. The goals of this event are the following:

Introduce Taipei based user experience and digital product professionals about the Google Design Sprint Methodology

Engage and connect with the UX and product community in Taipei

Understand the challenges (if possible) of running design sprints in Taiwan
-
Announce that Design Sprint Taiwan is our Taipei partner for the Global Chapter program
台北計畫納入第二階段的前導計畫，谷歌在台北與 Design Sprint Taiwan 社群合作．此次活動希望達成下列目標：

讓大台北周邊地區的UX設計師及數位產品專業人士認識谷歌Design Sprints 框架

建立台北數位產品社群與谷歌設計公關部門的交流平台

瞭解並學習在台灣實行 Design Sprints 的相關挑戰及障礙

講師簡介
王韋傑 Felix Wang
UX Designer at Google Design
王韋傑 (Felix) 是個旅居紐約的台中人．現為 Google Design 的 UX Designer 兼 Design Advocate，專職 Design Sprints 的開發、設計、以及推廣教育，在 Google 內部總記訓練了一百多位 Design Sprint Masters。曾任職 Google Wallet、Google Classroom、Google Forms 等產品的使用者經驗設計師，以及紐約視覺藝術學院互動設計系的講師。
梁祐文 Mark Liang
Senior Product/UX Designer at Mozilla Taiwan
梁祐文 (Mark)，現為 Mozilla Taiwan 的 UX Designer 兼 Product Manager，致力於 Firefox 亞洲地區的產品開發與使用者體驗設計。畢業於台灣大學電機工程學系以及美國加州藝術學院 (CCA) 設計研究所，曾在 AKQA 數位設計公司擔任 Creative Technologist，擅長結合設計體驗與互動科技。工作之餘時常從事網頁設計專案，熱衷於旅遊攝影、影像創作以及居家佈置．
David Ko
台灣 Agile Tour Taipei 的組織者之一, 致力於推廣敏捷技術, 在 Facebook 有建立兩個社群(Scrum Community in Taiwan 和 AgileCommunity.tw), 希望能把 agile 傳播到台灣更多城市. 目前在趨勢科技公司工作, 從 2008 年起開始在公司內使用 Scrum 開發方法, 教導其他團隊如何實施敏捷. 並且在公司內負責訓練引導師, 利用設計思維 (design thinking) 來進行產品的創新改革.
